These are the moments that I am very grateful for a husband that's a pediatrician.
Not that Nate had to apply any advanced medical training for this one.
Just ice and some Tylenol.
But still, I needed assurance that yes, that ginormous goose-egg will someday go away and no, he will not have any permanent brain damage.
Oh Davey...watch out for those doors!

Oh, poor Dave! I don't think I have actually ever seen a goose-egg that big before - ouch! You are lucky that your husband is a Pediatrician - if it was me I would have been freaking out. But I always seem to over-react when it comes to my kids. I hope Dave gets feeling better soon!
Holy cow!!! At first I didn't notice what you were talking about but I don't know how you could miss that huge bump on the side of his head!! It's a good thing he's tough!
oh wow. what are the odds? we had one so similar at our house yesterday. not quite so big, but still enough to make me a little nervous (and wish for my own in-house pediatrician too!)
ouch! a door did that??? poor dave!
our poor david! that was really sad. the best part about it though amidst the crying, he'd stop to look and admire himself in the pictures. what a sweetheart. he's such a mama's boy! love him.
Oh man! That looks terribly painful. Poor little guy. Hope he is feeling better!
OUCH!!! Poor guy... :(
Oohhhh- poor Davey! He seems to always be the one who is getting hurt (although he doean't react that often)!
Poor Dav, such a sad looking face too. Still cute thru it all, I swear I literally pray that my kids injuries will still leave them with their beautiful faces. :)
Ouch, how did it happen? Give him a kiss from me.
